Whats a home inspection clause? A home inspection clause is a provision in a buyer agreement that states that the sale of the property is contingent on the results of a home inspection. This means that if the home inspector finds any major problems with the property, you have the right to back out of the sale.
(An inspection agreement typically includes a statement that the inspection report is NOT a guarantee or warranty regarding the present or future operation of the structure or its systems or components.
Inspection means careful evaluation. The primary objective of inspections is meeting customer requirements and preventing defective products from being distributed. It is undeniable that some of the product defects cannot be checked or fixed at the final production stage.
An inspection agreement is a contract between an inspector and another entity that wishes to procure inspection services from the latter. The contract states who each party is, what inspection services are being procured, and when the inspection date will occur.
