- Hey everyone, my name is Paul Vojchehoske and welcome to the Real Estate Classroom YouTube channel. Before we get started, please do me a favor. Give this video a thumbs up, hit that red subscribe button and click on the notification bell. In todays video were gonna discuss whats called a deed of trust, or sometimes called a trust deed, depending on what part of the country youre operating in. Now, I did a previous video on, excuse me, the promissory note and a mortgage. A promissory note, the mortgage, and a deed of trust all kinda go hand in hand together. So if you have not watched that video yet, I highly recommend that you go watch that video first, then come back to this one. That will make this video make so much more sense. And Im gonna put a link right up here in the upper right hand corner of your screen to that video. So thats my recommendation. All right, so are you ready? Lets talk about deeds of trust in this video. (upbeat music) So what is a deed of trust? Well

Bold text is a typographic term that refers to a style of text that is thicker and darker than regular text. It is often used to emphasize or highlight specific words, phrases, or headings in a document.
Rule #2: use bold and italic as little as possible. They are tools for emphasis. But if everything is emphasized, then nothing is emphasized. Also, because bold and italic styles are designed to contrast with regular roman text, theyre somewhat harder to read.
Bold Conversations are those kinds of conversations that are either confronting or difficult and/or high-stake. Really, those two things are one in the same. If your conversation is going to be difficult, its generally because the stakes are high.
Sometimes, a writer will make a word stand out by using bold font, which is darker or heavier than other text. When words are bolded, it means the writer wants us to pay close attention to those words. (For example, the term bold font in this paragraph is bolded to attract your attention to this key vocabulary term.)
bold. / (bəʊld) / adjective. courageous, confident, and fearless; ready to take risks. showing or requiring courage: a bold plan.
The intent is intent. Caps are a way to add emphasis by shouting. Making certain words bigger, bolder, and red would indicate a strong comment or make a point. Adding formatting when used selectively can undoubtedly add to the impression one is raising their voice or upset.
