And first and foremost the purpose of evaluation is for instructional improvement. Evaluation helps us do better in the classroom. It helps us strategize, use new strategies in our classroom teaching, to be able to look at different instructional modalities, and to continuously improve what we do for our students here at Gavilan, which of course is a huge objective.
