hi this is Loretta Oliver from transcription crash course comm today I just wanted to make a quick video to show you how to change the name labels in your transcripts from plain text to bold text or italic text depending on your clients requirements this question has come in to my inbox a few times recently so I just wanted to show you how I do this so that hopefully we can save you a little bit of time and get your transcripts done faster so here we are in word and you can see this is just a standard transcript template and everything is just standard text right now so the first thing were going to do is click on find and replace at the top of word and youre just going to type in the name and semicolon make sure to include the semicolon thats important in this part you type that into both boxes in the find white and replace with and then why your cursor is still in replace with youre gonna hit control B and then press replace all and you can see that it replaced all instances of t
