Go to Gmail, and click on the gear icon in the top-right corner. Click on See all settings and then scroll to the the Signature section. Type a name for your new signature, then paste the template into the Signature box. You can adjust font, color, and size in the signature editor to fit your needs.
Press NEW MESSAGE, when the window pops in press THREE DOTS on the right side, see image below. Now press INSERT SIGNATURE, and it will show up in email body. You can choose bold in the format when editing the signature.
