The Print amp;amp;amp; Sign feature allows you to sign documents on paper and then return them to the sender by upload or fax. Letamp;#39;s take a closer look. After completing all required document fields, when you are ready to print and sign your document on paper, select Other Actions. Then select Print amp;amp;amp; Sign. If the sender allows documents to be returned by either upload or fax, the Print amp;amp;amp; Sign dialog box is displayed, and you can choose how you return the signed documents. If you see a dialog box called Print amp;amp;amp; Sign Download document, the sender of the document doesnamp;#39;t allow return by fax, so you will need to upload your documents. Standard Format: After your signature, add the abbreviation (e.g., for/on behalf of) and then the name of the person on whose behalf you are acting.
To add a digital signature, open your Microsoft Word document and click where youd like to add your signature line. From the Word ribbon, select the Insert tab and then click Signature Line in the Text group. A Signature Setup pop-up box appears. Enter your information in the text fields and click OK.
