hi everyone this is Miss Johnson and I wanted to look at an exercise I think thatamp;#39;s been giving some folks a little bit of trouble so on this particular exercise it says to merge in the merge field last name to bold it and so I know it seems intuitive just to click into the merge field and have it appear to be highlighted and then just click bold thatamp;#39;s not going to work what we really need to do is take your mouse and highlight everything from the beginning Chevron to the end Chevron including the last name in this field once itamp;#39;s all highlighted and then we can click bold and it will be correct so I know this has been giving everyone lots of people a little trouble and I want to just to explain that alright have a great day bye bye
