Press the F5 button on your keyboard. Doing this allows the code to run in Excel. After you press F5, a pop-up window appears asking which words in Excel you want to highlight. Enter the text you want the program to highlight in this dialog box.
Copy PasteValues , then select the characters you wish to bold format (in the formula bar) and select Bold.
Go to the Data tab. Click on the Filter icon (Key Board Shortcut: Control + Shift + L) For the column that you want to filter, click on the filter icon (the downward pointing arrow in the cell). In the drop-down, go to the Filter by Color option and select the color you applied to cells with text in bold font format.
Press Ctrl + F to open the Find and Replace dialog, and click Options to expand the dialog, then click Format. See screenshot: 2. In the Find Format dialog, click Font tab, and select Bold in the Font style: box, and click OK.

If you click on a cell and highlight the text while the cell is selected, you can un bold the text either with the button or with ctr+b. Then if you copy that cell, you can select all cells and right click.
To bold text, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+B (or Command+B on a Mac). To make text italic, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+I (or Command+I on a Mac). To make text strikethrough, use the keyboard shortcut Alt+Shift+5 (or Option + Shift + 5 on a Mac).
