Here you can use bold to detail the issue you are writing to the organisation about in brief. This is the most important part of the letter and should start two lines below the salutation or heading, if there is one. The letter should be typed with single line spacing.
Android: Tap and hold the text youre entering in the text field, then choose Bold, Italic, or More . Tap More to choose Strikethrough or Monospace. iPhone: Tap the text youre entering in the text field Select or Select All BIU. Then, choose Bold, Italic, Strikethrough, or Monospace.
Bold is used to highlight the text and capture the readers attention. The bold tag is used for strong emphasis. When you feel like emphasizing something, you need to first consider using the italics, only use bold text if you are not satisfied by the emphasis the italics did to your text.
Theyre intended for emphasis and if everything (i.e.: a whole paragraph) is all caps/bold/italic, nothing is emphasized. Italicization is used for gentle emphasis, bold is used for heavier emphasis. All caps are another alternative means of emphasis. None of these should be used on more than a few words together.
Short guide: Open the Settings app and tap Accessibility. Tap Display Text Size. Tap the toggle switch for Bold Text to turn it on.
Bold: Use bold for your most important words and points. Whereas italics is used for emphasis, bold should be used to capture attention. Underline: Underlining text is unnecessary and can make it look like youre linking to something.
Format your email Add text to your message. Double tap the text you want to format. Tap Format, then choose a formatting option like bolding, italics, or changing the font color.
Your cover letter should describe your personal traits by highlighting your strengths and work style. Use descriptive words that will best display your skills and make you stand out from the crowd.
When youre writing your cover letter, the idea is to leave a positive impression on the hiring manager so that theyll bring you in for an interview. Although youre trying to sell yourself to the hiring manager, its important to avoid bragging too much.
The Standard Format Start by using a clear font, Times New Roman or Arial are appropriate for business letters. Do not use colours and only use italics and bold where necessary.
