this is a demonstration of the picture fields feature of proposal maker well be working with a complete energy audit project that doesnt have any proposal maker documents yet first well click proposal maker in the toolbar next on the copy document template dialog well select the template called example proposal with graphics now lets scroll down and look at the picture field for the cooling equipment thats selected in this project now lets turn on the field properties window by clicking view and then field properties you can tell that youve selected a picture field on the document and not just a regular picture by looking at the field properties window it will display a list of properties and the displayed text property will say picture field now lets go select a different air conditioner for this project then well come back to this document and let proposal maker update this picture field to show the new equipment so now well click the system data button in the toolbar and
