hi my name is Iamp;#39;m a PhD student with dancer partner Institute in Potsdam Germany and in this talk I would like to present you our new another adapter sublink tool called with bouncer nanopore sequencing is an excellent tool for the identification of pathogens and clinical metagenomic samples in such an experiment we start with collecting a sample from a human host extract the DNA from the sample and prepare the sequencing Library then we do the sequencing and after data acquisition and some quality checking we perform the data analysis which includes mapping our data to the host genome and databases of known pathogens however we often recognize that up to 99 of our sequence DNA originates from the host which makes identification of pathogens difficult or impossible in such a sample usually we would try to deplete the host DNA in the wet lab but these Protocols are expensive and time consuming and not feasible for real-time Diagnostics so wouldnamp;#39;t it be nice to have a me
