[Music] hi Im Randy Reid editor of Designing lighting magazine and I am joined today by Andrea Hart ramp the president of the IAL and Christopher Nolton the CEO of IAL and thank you both for joining me this morning thank you for having us well congratulations on the results on getting the bylaws changed and I saw that the number was 70% approval which I think is a you know thats a statement thats a very good statement so congratulations and I think 30% of the members voted is that right yep so thats in line with what we get for our um uh elections for board and uh membership and thats been pretty consistent over the last 10 or so years okay well very good and Ive got on my other screen here i Ive got the document up and as as far as the bylaws go the most important thing that I see is item 3.02 and uh this is where uh I members shall uh at the bidding or request for proposal RF RFP stage of a project disclose in writing known or potential conflicts um tell our audience a little
