Remember that bold fonts are only used to draw the readers attention to certain areas; no more than 10 per cent of your resume should be bolded.
Some people like to provide a company name so that the format looks like their other work, but thats entirely up to you. If you operate under a company name, then use it. If not, you can just describe the type of work youve done and reference the job title youve assigned to yourself.
Provide broad details: A company description typically only includes the most important information as an overview while leaving specific details for another section of the business plan. Its important to ensure that your content is clear and concise.
Include 1-2 lines about what the company is and does. This would fall below where you list the company name and before you start your bullets about your job. But theres no need to have a company description for every company youve worked for.
If you have your own business, you can include your business name. Just make sure to denote that youre an entrepreneur rather than an employee. Finally, if you dont have much space to include your self-employed experience, its okay not to name any companies at all.
For the purpose of showing experience, is it fine to use company logos in a resume? - Quora. It is not needed. but there is nothing wrong in showing it. Your resume should be a jest about you and your work experience, showing company logo or not showing it doesnt make any difference.
How to Write Your Company Profile In 10 Simple Steps? FIGURE OUT PROFILE PURPOSE. At first, try to figure out who you want to present the profile to. DECIDE ON THE FORMAT. COMPILE THE CONTACT DETAILS. WRITE COMPANY HISTORY. MISSION STATEMENT. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. RECOGNITIONS. FINANCE DATA.
Thus, the only thing of importance is your overall background. So you can be specific in terms of mentioning industries, professions, even jobs. But when it comes to company names, I highly recommend you leave those out!
