hello welcome um this is our presentation for our project proposal for CSC 412 this is phase one and we are group 23. so uh for part one of this report we have the detailed application requirements and well go over most of these in the ER diagram below but for the gist of our project we have chosen to build a hotel reservation system that stores data related to customers uh performing a reservation and staying in a hotel um so in our ER diagram Ill give you a more detailed explanation of what these objects and users are and how they interact with each other so here in our diagram we have seven different entities um and our first one is a customer a customer has their unique customer identifier their ID first name last name home address phone number and an email address for the payment we have the date the dollar amount and the payment type reservation has a start date and end date an employee has an employee ID first name last name position and a phone number a hotel room has a room
