hey everybody Im gonna show you a quick little training here on how you can quickly bold an instance of a keyword anytime its in an article so with Microsoft Word youre going to use the find and replace feature so ctrl F so for example I have the word bold actually in the article a few times Im going to show you how I could make that word bold very quickly with the ctrl F feature so if I hit ctrl F and I search for the word bold its going to find that instance of the word throughout my article now if I click the drop down to replace its very important that you click on the replace with field here you dont need to retype in the keyword or the word that youre wanting to bold but you do need to click in here before you click on the more option once you click on more youre going to click on the format drop-down and click on font and youre going to change the font style to bold and hit OK now if I hit replace all youll see that the word bold was quickly bolded anytime it was ment
