[ Music ] Raphael Bostic: As you know the Bedrosian Center, as part of activities tries to offer support for letting scholars who are doing interesting or important work on how policy is actually implemented. So throughout the course of a year what we try to do is have the recipients of those grants come and talk to us about their work. And so thats what we have today, we have Jovanna Rosen, whos going to present on community development agreements which is an interesting governance device thats really used in communities to help in our redevelopment context. Some of it is used a lot not studied very much and so this is where it has real potential to help inform all of our understanding about economic development and how communities in a sense with private and public sector.
