oh dude so over the top blender man blender is a cool program look at the possibilities you can do with blender it can blend faces dude so when youre shooting somebody with a tiny gun youd expect a tiny bullet hole but its actually the complete other way around you get a ridiculous huge head explosion its much more realistic that way so i thought the best way to do that would be to simulate skin flying around slapping around eyeballs flying out skulls cracking just to be realistic and true to the source material [Music] the effects in this video are pretty simple its mostly just muzzle flashes and bullet hits which arent very time consuming and ive had a few days to do these effects why not go all out and just do fully 3d simulated bullet hits for every shot so basically for this shot how i started was i made the rough shape of the torso in blender and i manually tracked that onto the shot then i took that model and i applied a cloth material to it to get the realistic rippling
