Our behaviors are a response to a need. The PI behavioral assessment measures the amount and intensity of four key behavioral drives to help predict and understand workplace behavior: Dominance, Extraversion, Patience, and Formality.
Each Reference Profile belongs to one of four groups: Analytical, Social, Stabilizing, or Persistent. While Reference Profiles are very specific, the groups represent broad categories of workplace behavior.
