Links to a web address or email can added to a LaTeX file using the \url command to display the actual link or \href to use a hidden link and show a word/sentence instead. There are two commands in the example that generate a link in the final document: \href{}{Something Linky}
You can choose any name for the citation key, but it is recommended to use a name that reflects the source. Step 4: Use the citation key in the document to cite the website. To cite the website in the document, use the \cite{citekey} command. This command will generate a citation in the required format.
In BibTeX we use @misc as a workaround and make use of the note field to specify the URl and usually an access date. In this example, url (or hyperref ) is required using usepackage{url} .
Heres how to do it: Open the web browser on your Android device and navigate to the webpage you want to share. Tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner. Tap Share. Tap Copy to clipboard. Open the Messages app and start a new message. Tap and hold in the message field and then tap Paste to insert the link.
The big question is, how do you send a link in a text? Theres just one easy step to follow. To include a link in any text message, just type or paste the full URL into your text. Most messaging platforms automatically turn the URL into a link allowing contacts to click and access the linked page.
You can do this by clicking twice (or, sometimes, three times). Then, right click and click the option for Copy Link. Or, you can press Control (or Command on a Mac) + C. Then, go to where you want to paste the link and right click again. Choose the option for Paste Link. Or, you can press Control (or command) + V.
With the hyperref package ( \usepackage{hyperref} ) you can make these urls clickable in a pdf-file (which you can create with pdflatex). You can also make links which show a description of the text and not the url ( \href{URL}{text} ). Unfortunately this does not work together with LaTeX2HTML.
