Use the Zoom out function on the bottom right corner of the screen to focus on the area you want to trace. Go to Lines option under auto shapes menu and find the freeform tool. To find changes made to your presentation since you last viewed it, look for a blue dot to the left of the text on the slide. The blue dot on the comment indicates its new for you to review.
If you want to share your presentation with others and get their feedback, you can use PowerPoints Review feature to track changes in PowerPoint and view comments. PowerPoints Review feature allows you to compare and merge two versions of the same presentation, and see what changes were made by whom.
If reviewers made changes to your presentation, youll see them under Presentation Changes in the Revisions task pane. To see the details about a change in the body of the slide, click each list item.
You can see edit history by heading to Advanced Properties. Select File, Info, Click on Properties, and Advanced Properties. Within the Statistics tab, you can see how many changes to the document, who reviewed the file last, and how much time has been taken reviewing the Microsoft PowerPoint.
By selecting two versions from the version history sidebar, you can see a side-by-side comparison of the changes made between those versions. This feature allows you to easily identify the specific modifications made by your collaborators and track the progress of your presentation over time.
