base64 probably is the most popular encoding out there because it is used extensively on web as well as on non-web platforms mostly i mean in the most popular use cases to actually convert binary data into something which can be transferred as a string so you would have seen occurrences of where you would find an image which is like a real image but presented to you as a string and that is like perfectly possible with an encoding known as base64. in this video i want to talk a little bit about why this is important how this bit works a little bit as well and what you should be knowing as a developer about base64 encoding if youamp;#39;re new here make sure you leave a like subscribe to the channel and hit the bell icon this is free of cost and helps the channel grow if we talk about javascript you will see that base64 encoding is default supported in the browsers with a to b and b2a methods which can help you decode and encode into base64 but how does that really work well you see tha

Best Case Time Complexity: O(n*d) The best-case time complexity of Radix Sort is O(n*d), where n is the number of elements in the input array and d is the number of digits in the largest number. In the best case, Radix Sort performs similarly to the average case, as it processes all digits of all elements.
Radix Sort is a linear sorting algorithm. Radix Sorts time complexity of O(nd), where n is the size of the array and d is the number of digits in the largest number. It is not an in-place sorting algorithm because it requires extra space.
A most docHub digit (MSD) radix sort can be used to sort keys in lexicographic order. Unlike a least docHub digit (LSD) radix sort, a most docHub digit radix sort does not necessarily preserve the original order of duplicate keys.
A smaller radix means more passes, but less space and time for each pass. Therefore, the optimal radix depends on the size and distribution of the array, as well as the available memory and cache. A common heuristic is to choose a radix that is close to the square root of the array size.
What is Radix 64 Encoding? Radix 64 encoding allows binary data stored in octets (i.e. bytes) to be expressed as printable characters.
For your case, best Radix sort base is 2^16 (65536), or 2^8 (256). in 1st case, you will sort array for two move for each element, in 2nd - for 4 moves.
