To construct a boxplot in Excel, first select the entire data. You can use Ctrl + Shift + to select them. Next click Insert, then the histogram dropdown, and select the box and whisker option. And thats the boxplot. Now if we have multiple variables, we can construct side by side boxplots the same way. Ill click on the label for the first column. Ctrl + Shift +  to select all the labels. Then Ctrl + Shift + to select the entire data. Click Insert. Click the histogram dropdown. Select Box and Whisker. And we have the side-by-side boxplots. Since all the boxplots are above 20, I can set the minimum value to 20 by double clicking on the vertical axis here, and changing the minimum value to 20. ENTER. And to display the labels, I can click the + button here and select legend. And thats it. Thanks for watching.
