it is good to include also your loading controls and there are several to choose from uh it is most popular of course itamp;#39;s histones actin or tubulin but um i would like to uh point out here that in some conditions um these proteins may not maintain the control levels the the actin in drought stress uh will not stay constant but these loading controls are good to for example test your western blood protocol but keep in mind that one cannot compare an antibody between the antibody because antibody to abundant target like histone or actin will work very well and the signal will be obtained very fast while an antibody to protein of load detection may low abundance may require different protocol so please avoid comparing antibodies with each other because they are detecting proteins of completely different um structure and properties so they cannot be compared with each other
