In general, SVG might be the better option if you need to print QR Codes in a variety of sizes or if you need to make changes to the QR Code frequently. However, if you print QR Codes in a fixed size and dont need to make changes frequently, a PNG format may be sufficient.
Within communication protocols, TLV (type-length-value or tag-length-value) is an encoding scheme used for informational elements. A TLV-encoded data stream contains code related to the record type, the record values length, and finally the value itself.

What is Radix 64 Encoding? Radix 64 encoding allows binary data stored in octets (i.e. bytes) to be expressed as printable characters.
There are just three steps to follow: Get the QR data stored in Hexadecimal value (RAWSTRING) from table EDOSINV. Convert this value to String value. Convert the string value obtained from 2nd step to Base64.
