hello this is Sean Taylor field application scientist manager for bio-rad in Canada and Iamp;#39;d like to demonstrate now how to perform density metric analysis of gel or blot images using image lab software so what we have before us here is a file that contains a 1 amp;amp; 2 dilution series of a protein lysate diluted down from about 60 micrograms loading in 1 amp;amp; 2 so 30 15 7.5 all the way down to 6 to the sixth Lane and weamp;#39;re going to try and quantify using image lab the density of these more prominent bends that we see here and maybe a less prominent band here so to do density metric analysis with the software you use these toolbars so you have a tool box on the side here and Iamp;#39;m only going to demonstrate a couple of the tools in this module just to focus in on density metric analysis so it starts with the image tools and the image tools are used strictly to straighten an image or to rotate or flip the image vertically horizontally the custom rotat

Open the photo you want to edit in the Photos App. Tap the photo and select Edit. Step 2. Tap the f icon to adjust the depth settings, swipe to the left to intensify the blur, and to the right to turn the blur off.
Using editing apps, you can blur a picture on an iPhone without Portrait mode. Apps like Snapseed, Photoshop Express, or AfterFocus allow you to add blur effects to your photos.
Open a photo or a screenshot and tap the Edit button at the top-right corner of the screen. At the top-right of your screen, youll see an icon resembling a pencil tip its the Markup tool you should tap on. Once youre in the Markup window, tap the + button on the screens bottom-left corner.
Upload the image you want to censor to Fotors image censor. Select the censor effect that suits your needs- blur, pixelate, or black bar. Mark the area in your image that needs to be censored with the brush tool to apply the censor effect. Fine-tune the level of censorship as needed to achieve the desired look.
Select a brush to blur. Your favorite brush lets you soften your image and draw attention to areas you want to highlight. Go to Filter Blur Tool and choose a brush to drag over the image you want to soften. You can change the brush characteristics and save a preset for quick access to the brushes you use most.
Heres how: Open the image youd like to blur. Tap Edit Tap the pen icon. Tap the plus (+) icon. Select your preferred color. Select the area youd like to blur by placing and dragging the colored shape. Tap Done
Select the Blur tool in Photoshop, choose a brush tip and strength and drag it over the spots you want to blur. You can do the same in Lightroom. Show movement with motion blur. Add movement to a static object or person in a photo by applying a directional Path Blur filter in Photoshop.
Open Google Photos. Select the image (portrait photos work well) to open in full view. Select Edit icon. Select Adjust from the lower menu options (you may need to scroll left or right to see it) Select Blur. Select the ruled line (default value 0) and drag to left or right to adjust background blur. Select Done.
