hello guys and welcome back to my channel so in this video I will tell you that how to blur an image in PowerPoint so before starting the video make sure to like this video And subscribe to our YouTube channel for more tips and tricks like this one so first of all you need to basically import an image that you want to blur so after you have imported the image here letamp;#39;s suppose I wanted to blur this image I will select this image and then when I when I say when I select this image you can see that we have this new tab here like if I donamp;#39;t select it we canamp;#39;t see this tab here and if I select it we have this new tab where it says picture format so just click on this one and then here you can see this option where it says artistic effects so just click on this one and here you can see bunch of different effects that we can apply to this image and here we have this blur effect okay so if you want to blur just click on this one and here you can see that we have blurr

In the Edit workspace, select the photo, layer, selection, or shape you want to transform. Choose Image Transform Skew or Image Transform Distort.
In PowerPoint I added my picture: I then applied the Skew command by right clicking your image and then selecting 3D Rotation: Adjust the values in the X, Y, Z Rotation boxes : you can manually enter numbers, too.
How? Click the picture that you want to apply the effect to, and then click the Format Picture tab. Under Picture Styles, click Effects, point to 3-D Rotation, and then click the effect that you want, such as Isometric Left Down.
Select the picture and then select the Insert button. Move the Transparency slider in the Format Shape pane to adjust the picture. Or you may enter a number in the box next to the slider: 0 is fully opaque, the default setting; and 100% is fully transparent.
How to Blur Image in PowerPoint. To get started, select an image to add via Insert - Pictures. Once the image is added, select it, go to Picture Format - Artistic Effect, and choose Blur. To edit the blur effect further, select Artistic Effects Options via Picture Format - Artistic Effects.
You can transform a normal picture or shape in PowerPoint into skew image by using the Perspective Contrasting Right effect from Microsoft PowerPoint. This inclined shape in PowerPoint have a 3D style and you can add perspective if you want to make it more realistic.
Under Drawing Tools (or Picture Tools if youre rotating a picture), on the Format tab, in the Arrange group, click Rotate, and then: To rotate the object 90 degrees to the right, click Rotate Right 90. To rotate the object 90 degrees to the left, click Rotate Left 90.
Select the Blur tool in Photoshop, choose a brush tip and strength, and drag it over the spots you want to blur. You can do the same in Lightroom. Show movement with motion blur. Add movement to a static object or person in a photo by applying a directional Path Blur filter in Photoshop.
