hello everyone this is Anson from Anson Alex calm and in this video Iamp;#39;m going to show you how you can password protect a Google spreadsheet you didnamp;#39;t think it was possible did you neither did I because Google doesnamp;#39;t have this feature built into Google Drive thereamp;#39;s no native way to password protect a single spreadsheet the only protection they have is your actual Google account username and of course if you have access to that Google account you have access to all the documents so I did some research and I found a way to password protect a Google spreadsheet I found it on this website itamp;#39;s skips or com and theyamp;#39;ve actually created a spreadsheet that has a script in it that will allow you to password protect your spreadsheet so you need to go to this website donamp;#39;t worry I will post a link to this website in the description of this video here on YouTube so you can just click on it you donamp;#39;t have to enter the whole address

To lock a file in Google Drive, right-click the file, select File information, and click Lock. A pop-up window will confirm that you want to lock the file. Open a Google Doc, Sheet or Slide. Make a copy. Select Add additional encryption.
Click on Info. On the right side, click the Protect document menu. Select the Encrypt with Password option. Type a password to protect the document.
