is it better to use a petal paragraph or a pretzel paragraph or a peel paragraph what all these methods have in common is the L the language analysis and thatamp;#39;s why teachers ask you to use them theyamp;#39;re scared that youamp;#39;ll just give an explanation that doesnamp;#39;t actually analyze the language that therefore wonamp;#39;t get the high ao2 marks but Iamp;#39;m going to recommend you only do that in one paragraph why because the top marks go to people who construct a logical argument and you just donamp;#39;t have time to construct a logical argument if youamp;#39;re zooming in on language all the time instead follow the events chronologically through the text and you will get top marks only peel or petal or pretzel once

Include three or more sentences Three is the minimum number of sentences required to create a complete paragraph. Strongly written paragraphs will often have five or more sentences, all of which develop the main idea in some way.
Alignment and Indentation: The entire document should be aligned to the left, and each paragraph should be indented by 0.5 inches (or one tab space) from the left margin. 2. Length: A paragraph should generally be between 4-6 sentences long.
A paragraph is defined as a group of sentences or a single sentence that forms a unit (Lunsford and Connors 116). Length and appearance do not determine whether a section in a paper is a paragraph. For instance, in some styles of writing, particularly journalistic styles, a paragraph can be just one sentence long.
APA does not have an absolute rule for paragraph length, but keep in mind that paragraphs develop and focus your ideas. Paragraphs that are too short most often lack development and those that are longer than one page often lack focus because they have too many ideas.
Paragraph breaks should be visually clear. There should either be white space in between paragraphs, or each paragraphs first line should be indented on the left. On the web, its generally easiest to type an extra return between each paragraph to create white space.
There is no minimum or maximum sentence or paragraph length. Vary sentence and paragraph length, and avoid sentences and paragraphs that are too long. Paragraphs longer than one double-spaced page should be reorganized or broken up. Paragraphs with one sentence should be kept to a minimum as they seem abrupt.
General Guidelines Make 1 inch margins on the top, bottom, and sides. The first word in every paragraph should be indented one half inch. APA recommends using a font that is accessible to all readers. Double space the entire research paper, including the title page. Left align the text.
A story pitch is a brief description, usually no longer than 500 words or two paragraphs, intended to convince an editor, agent or publisher to commission the piece. Writers in various industries use pitches to encourage an organization to publish their work.
