To create an outline in Pages: Open a Pages document and click the Outline button on the toolbar or choose View, Show Document Outline. Start typing each heading. To create a new heading at the same level, press Return.
Add or remove a text outline Select the text you want to change. In the Format sidebar, click the Style button near the top. If the text is in a text box, table, or shape, first click the Text tab at the top of the sidebar, then click the Style button. , then select or deselect the Outline checkbox.
Select a cell or a range of cells to which you want to add borders. On the Home tab, in the Font group, click the down arrow next to the Borders button, and you will see a list of the most popular border types. Click the border you want to apply, and it will be immediately added to the selected cells.
