Press the arrow keys to select the text box that you want, and then press Enter. Type the text that you want. When you are finished typing and want to switch back to editing text in your document, press Esc.
Click File Options Advanced, and then under Show document content, select the Show drawings and text boxes on screen check box.
If the pointer is not on the border, the text inside the text box is copied. Press Control + Click, and then select Copy. Or, press ⌘ + C. Select the location in your document where you want to paste the text box, press Control + Click, and then select Paste.
Follow these steps: In your document, press Ctrl+A. Press Ctrl+C. Open a new, blank document. Make sure the Home tab of the ribbon is displayed. Click the down-arrow under the Paste tool (at the left side of the ribbon) and choose Paste Special. In the list of formats, choose Unformatted Text. Click on OK.
Extracting Text Box Contents Press Ctrl+H. Display the Find tab of the dialog box. If the More button is available, click on it to expand the dialog box. With the insertion point within the Find What box, click the Format button and choose the Style option. Select the Normal style. Click on OK.
Here are the steps to extract a text from the page of Microsoft Office Word document: Instantiate Parser object for the initial document; Call getDocumentInfo method and obtain IDocumentInfo object with getPageCount property; Call getText(int) method with the page index and obtain TextReader object;
Press Ctrl+C. Note: Make sure the pointer is on the border of the text box, not inside it. If the pointer is inside, pressing Ctrl+C will copy the text, not the text box.
Select the text box or shape. If you want to change multiple text boxes or shapes, click the first text box or shape, and then press and hold Ctrl while you click the other text boxes or shapes. On the Format tab, click Shape Outline, and then click No Outline.
