hello everybody in todayamp;#39;s video I will show you how to lock your text on your documents on Microsoftamp;#39;s office work first of all you have is to open your Microsoft Office Word and just follow these steps to lock your documents or your text there are two ways first one is to go to review and go to the protect section and restrict editing here we will limit formatting the changes as you can see now we can just click OK and as you can see uh I think I did a mistake please stop the protection as you can see I forgot to check this one so now I cannot do any changes I will have only uh the permission of reading just the text after that we start enforcing the protection and we will click OK without certain any password as you can see now even if I try to do anything or insert anything uh the document or the text is locked uh delete stop protection itamp;#39;s just have some specific text to enforce protection on and we will click enforce yes as you can see uh all we have is t

Blacking Out Text Manually Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the ab highlighter icon in the Font section. Click the black box in the drop-down menu. Click the black line below the highlighter icon. Repeat this process of highlighting with black to cover text.
