to get started I just added a video clip to my timeline and Iamp;#39;d like to blur out this license plate letamp;#39;s begin by moving the playhead to the first frame where you want to start blurring part of your video then select the color tab down here okay you should see this middle group of controls select this third one which is the window control and then select the shape you want to use to blur your object Iamp;#39;ll use a rectangle since my license play is a rectangular now drag your shape so that the middle of it is centered over the object you like to blur once itamp;#39;s centered drag the shapes handles so that your shape fits snugly around your object okay now letamp;#39;s go to the next control over which is the tracker control press the forward tracking button to track your object until it leaves a frame okay this tracked my object very nicely so now letamp;#39;s go over to the blur control in here drag this radius line up to increase the blur amount to y
