this is the the blackout itamp;#39;s supposed to be a security stamp that help that lets you stamp out your personal information and to help you protect against identity theft I got this because Iamp;#39;ve been getting a lot of mail lately and I donamp;#39;t um when I throw it away I donamp;#39;t want to get any identity theft so I pulled out this just regular example text to show you when you push it down you can still see exactly what it says underneath and yeah it says your to date additional spent blah blah blah so itamp;#39;s not really blocking out your your ink Iamp;#39;ve even tried to do it a few times and it kind of works a little bit better but even when youamp;#39;re um looking at it you can make out what itamp;#39;s saying underneath so I donamp;#39;t and you can wipe it off too see you just wipe it so you can see what it says so I definitely donamp;#39;t think that the the blackout really um is is a good way to protect your identity especially with something so
