Margins are the white space between the contents of the document and the edge of the page. When typesetting and printing, we can adjust the margins ing to the content layout. Windows Open the Microsoft Word document you would like to print. Select File from the menu. Select Print. Under Settings click the menu that says Print One Sided. Select Print on Both Sides or Manually Print on Both Sides, depending on whether your printer is capable of automatic double-sided printing.
Alternatively, you can access the print options by going to the File menu at the top left and then clicking on Print. Step 2: Now, simply click on the last field in the print options window and change the option from 1 page per sheet to 2 pages per sheet.
