hereamp;#39;s a video that will just show how to clean up red lines for formatting issues sometimes when you run the red line you will see that you get all these formatting comments theyamp;#39;re really superfluous and make the document more difficult to read so what you can do is click on show markup and uncheck comments inc insertion and deletions so that leaves only formatting thatamp;#39;s the only markup being shown on this document then you can go to accept and accept changes shown that accepts all the comments then you go back to show markup and select insertion deletions if you had anchor comments now weamp;#39;re showing just the red line changes the formatting changes donamp;#39;t appear making this much easier to read and more user friendly
