hi everyone my name is kevin today i want to show you how you can best present powerpoint slides in microsoft teams and as full disclosure before we jump into this i work at microsoft as a full-time employee now all too often when you join a microsoft teams meeting you see people present powerpoint and it looks like this now i donamp;#39;t know if you noticed but thereamp;#39;s a lot of powerpoint chrome there basically what people do is they open up powerpoint they open up their slide deck that they need to share and then they go into microsoft teams and they go and share the powerpoint window now the problem is you have all the chrome from powerpoint there you have the ribbon you have the slides on the side the slide sorter so you have all of this distracting content appearing right alongside the content or the slides that you want people to focus on so ideally what you want to do is you want the slide to use up the full screen when youamp;#39;re sharing your presentation now the

To quickly delete and re-record your video on current slide or on all slides, select Delete. While Clear will delete the recorded narration, Reset to Cameo additionally replaces the recorded narration with the camera feed for an easy retake. When youre done, select Export Export Video.

If you wish to start over, click the X and choose Clear Recordings on All Slides. Start your recording again. While your recording can be played in PowerPoint, you may wish to export it to a video file that can be played independently of PowerPoint on individual computers and through video hosting services.
Click Record to resume recording (Windows logo key+Shift+R). Click Stop to end your recording (Windows logo key+Shift+Q).
