hello and welcome this is a short video to show you how to remove tracking changes comments inside of your document so one of the things that teachers tend to use when theyamp;#39;re grading a paper itamp;#39;s called tracking changes and what youamp;#39;ll see is if you click your review tab in a word document and you click the tracking changes button like right now it is turned on but it can also be turned off that just tracks any changes within your document for example I changed you to one and I added an S here and tracking changes and then I also put a comment sometimes students have trouble getting rid of these comments and hereamp;#39;s how thatamp;#39;s done thereamp;#39;s thereamp;#39;s many ways to do it you can either right click with your mouse on here and accept the deletion or you can actually go up here to this little section next to tracking changes in your review tab and click to accept and then it will go to each one so you can go accept this change right you c

To add a new CC recipient to a document, two parameters must be included in the request body: kind : Set this parameter to contact to specify an individual contact. Note: Future updates will allow the addition of contact groups. id : Input the ID of the desired contact.
Re-assign fields Open your document. Click on Actions Edit (the document will move to Draft status, and all the signature and initial fields will be cleared) Reassign the field to another recipient (click on the field click on the current recipient on the floating panel select another recipient from the dropdown)
To remove a recipient from a document, you must specify their ID in the path parameter (note that this is different from their contacts ID). The recipients ID can be retrieved via the Document Details endpoint.
Signature and initials options There are three available options for signature: Draw, Type, and Upload image. Meanwhile, Initials field only has two options: Draw and Type. Go to Settings Workspace defaults and check/uncheck the options you need. Select Save Changes once done.
You can use your phone or computer to send emails letters, and photos to an inmate. Messages are sent electronically to inmate tablets or kiosks at the facility. If you would like to send an message, start by searching for an inmate at Oklahoma Department of Corrections .

You cannot change a signer once theyve finalized a document look for the signing indicator next to the recipients name becoming green after theyve completed their part. In this case, youll need to edit the document by selecting Actions Edit document, follow the steps below, then resend the document.
After opening the documents, in the top menu, select OTHER ACTIONS Assign to Someone Else. Enter the new signers email address, name, and a reason for changing the signing responsibility. When youre finished, select ASSIGN TO SOMEONE ELSE.
