How do you blur a picture on iPhone se?

Use the Depth Control slider (on supported models) to adjust the level of background blur in your portraits. Tap any portrait to view it in full screen, then tap Edit. Drag the Depth Control slider to increase or decrease the background blur effect. Tap Done to save your changes.

Is there a way to take a picture out of portrait mode?

After you take a photo in Portrait mode, you can remove the portrait effect if you dont like it. In the Photos app , open the photo, tap Edit, then tap Portrait to turn the effect on or off.
