quick photoshop tip add motion blur ctrl j to duplicate then go filter blur motion blur the angle sets the direction of movement and the distance sets how fast the movement looks now turn down the filter somewhere between 50 and 80 an amazing tip i learned from royal sowazi highlight both layers and hold ctrl shift alt and e to merge everything into a new combined layer then go to filter noise add noise these are the settings i use for my noise but feel free to try changing it for a different look and feel now you are done like and follow for another
