In most cases, your translated strings dont appear on the front-end because your WP Memory Limit is set too low. By default, WordPress sets the WP Memory Limit to 40M. To translate URL slugs for custom post types with WPML: Go to WPML Settings and scroll down to Slug translations. Check the box to enable custom post type and taxonomy slug translations.
