when you type email messages in Outlook you can use three different formats HTML or rich text or plain text Outlook default format is HTML but it can be changed to either of the other two formats to change the message format click on file click on options click on mail you can see compose messages in this format default value is HTML to change the format click on down arrow next to HTML and from the drop-down list you can select either rich text or plain text for example select rich text click OK to save the changes now if you type a new email message it will be in rich text format if you liked this video please subscribe to our Channel

Do one of the following: Press Shift-Command-H on the keyboard. Choose Insert Highlight from the Insert menu at the top of your screen. (The Insert button on the Pages toolbar doesnt have the Highlight command.) Click Highlight in the review toolbar at the top of the document.
Double-click the image, then do any of the following: Resize the image: Drag the slider below the image. Reposition the image in the frame: Drag the image. Resize the mask: Drag the selection handles on the dotted edge of the mask. Move the mask: Drag the dotted edge of the mask.
Mask using freehand Select your photo for masking. Click Mask in the right contextual menu. Click Freehand in the lower left corner of the pop-up menu. Remove backgrounds using the Remove Background option. Use the Color pop option and make the color of the image pop out.
Click the object to select it, or select multiple objects. In the Format sidebar, click the Arrange tab. Click a Flip button (near the Rotate wheel) to flip the object vertically or horizontally.
Tap to select an image, shape, text box, line, arrow, drawing, 3D object, or video, or select multiple objects. For a drawing, tap Drawing, then drag the Opacity slider. For any other object, tap Style, then drag the Opacity slider.
To mask an image with a shape, click the image to select it, choose Format Image Mask With Shape, then choose a shape.
