The quickest solution to cross out text is to use the Excel strikethrough shortcut. Select the cell or text. Press Ctrl + 5 (Command + Shift + X on Mac).
Select Home Keep Rows Keep Duplicates.
Click a cell in the range or table that you want to filter. On the Data toolbar, select Filter. in the column that contains the content that you want to filter. Under Filter, select Choose One, and select any option.
Select the cells you want to check for duplicates. Note: Excel cant highlight duplicates in the Values area of a PivotTable report. Select Home Conditional Formatting Highlight Cells Rules Duplicate Values.
Filter a range of data Select any cell within the range. Select Data Filter. Select Text Filters or Number Filters, and then select a comparison, like Between. Enter the filter criteria and select OK.
To filter for unique values, click Data Sort Filter Advanced. To remove duplicate values, click Data Data Tools Remove Duplicates.
Remove rows with repeat data On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. Select the data range that youd like to remove duplicates in. At the top, click Data Data cleanup. Select which columns to include, and whether or not the data has headers. Click Remove duplicates.
Select the range of cells, or make sure that the active cell is in a table. On the Data tab, in the Data Tools group, click Remove Duplicates. Select one or more of the check boxes, which refer to columns in the table, and then click Remove Duplicates.
