Alcohol-based solvents, soap, and rubbing alcohol or water are common methods to remove pen ink from comforters. In addition, nail polish remover, vinegar-water solution, detergent, lemon juice, or chlorine bleach are other options.

You can apply a small amount of liquid laundry detergent onto the stain. Or you could also use hand soap or a dedicated stain remover again.
Opt for alcohol-based solvents for most permanent ink stains. Permanent inks are usually oil-based and can be broken down by applying an alcohol-based solvent. There are many common household items that will work. Choose hand sanitizer, rubbing alcohol, or an acetone nail polish remover.
Vinegar is a natural cleaning solution that can help to remove ink stains from your bedding. Mix equal parts of vinegar and water, and apply the solution to the stain. Let it sit for a few minutes, and then wash the bedding as usual.
Apply Alcohol: Dampen a clean cloth with rubbing alcohol and gently blot the stain. The alcohol helps dissolve the ink. Rinse: Rinse the affected area with cold water to remove any remaining alcohol and ink. Wash as Usual: Wash the sheets as you normally would, preferably with a mild detergent.
Soapy Cleaner Mix a couple cups of cool water with a teaspoon of dish soap (we prefer Dawn). Next, dip a section of the clean white fabric towel into the soapy mixture and wring out as much water as possible. Blot the stain with the white fabric towel and repeat.
The most common solvent for removing ballpoint pen ink is rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol). Apply alcohol to the stain, leave on for a few minutes and blot with a paper towel. Repeat until the ink appears to be removed.
Apply a solvent like rubbing alcohol, hair spray, or hand sanitizer to an inconspicuous area of the garment with a cotton swab and let it sit for 1 to 3 minutes. Blot with a paper towel, and if no color comes off on the towel, continue to pretreat. Blot excess ink with a paper towel to remove ink from clothes.
