As I was preparing to record for this, I was testing something which I was pretty sure is not going to work, but then it worked. So make sure you stay for that. But first of all, let me just take you through the setup I have here. Weamp;#39;re going to see how we can insert an image in a cell and how we can return an image via formulas. You can use any software that converts image file types as your own personal image compressor. In Lightroom, you can compress your original photos by turning them into a JPG or a TIF file. JPGs tend to work best for sharing and storing images, because they maintain reasonable image quality at a relatively small size.
The default format of Excel files is XML, which saves as a . xslx format. However, saving the spreadsheet as a binary workbook, which is an . xslb format, compresses the file into a smaller file.
Compress pictures Select a picture in your document. The Picture Format tab appears on the ribbon. On the Picture Format tab, in the Adjust group, select Compress Pictures.

Filter for a specific number or a number range Click a cell in the range or table that you want to filter. On the Data tab, select Filter. Select the arrow. Under Filter, select Choose One, and then enter your filter criteria. In the box next to the pop-up menu, enter the number that you want to use.
