hi and in todayamp;#39;s video Iamp;#39;m going to show you how you can split a picture or an image into quarters so Iamp;#39;m going to insert my image go to insert pictures click on the drop down you can obviously insert your picture from your files but Iamp;#39;m going to use stock images Iamp;#39;m just going to select a random image of these ballerinas and click insert when your image appears you canamp;#39;t move it so select the image go to picture format go to wrap text click on the drop down and select in front of text and then we can just move this wherever we want so first thing we need to do is to make a copy of it but weamp;#39;re going to make it a suitable size first so select it go to picture format and go along to width now you can see the width and the height odd figures so Iamp;#39;m going to change the width to 10 and press enter you can change all this at the end if you wish but the reason Iamp;#39;ve done that is just because it makes it a little easier e

Cut out part of a picture Select the picture that you want to remove the background from. On the toolbar, select Picture Format Remove Background, or Format Remove Background. The default background area will be colored magenta to mark it for removal, while the foreground will retain its natural coloring.
Turn off picture compression Click File Options. In the Options box, click Advanced. In the list at Image Size and Quality, do one of the following. (This example shows the options in Word.) Under Image Size and Quality, select the Do not compress images in file check box.
Redaction Tool For Microsoft Word To use the redaction tool in Word, you first need to select the text or images that you want to redact. Then, go to the Review tab in the ribbon and click on the Redact button.
Select the picture. Select the Layout Options icon. Select See more, and then make alignment and position adjustments on the Position tab. If you cant select any of the position options on the Position tab, select the Text Wrapping tab, and then select any option except the In line with text option.
Click the object that you want to rotate. Under Drawing Tools (or Picture Tools if youre rotating a picture), on the Format tab, in the Arrange group, click Rotate, and then: To rotate the object 90 degrees to the right, click Rotate Right 90. To rotate the object 90 degrees to the left, click Rotate Left 90.
Formatting Images in Word You can change the angle of the picture by clicking on it and holding and dragging the curved arrow as shown. You can change the size of the image by clicking and dragging any of the boxes in the corners.
To warp text, click WordArt in the Insert tab and select a style. Replace the WordArt text with your text, then select Text Effects Transform in the Shape Format or Drawing Tools Format tab. You can then select one of the styles under the Warp heading to warp your text.
Select the picture or object. Go to Picture Format or Shape Format and select Arrange Wrap Text. If the window is wide enough, Word displays Wrap Text directly on the Picture Format tab. Choose the wrapping options that you want to apply.
