Select the typography element (e.g., heading, text link, etc.) youd like to style on the Designer canvas. Go to Style panel Typography Font dropdown and select your variable font under Custom fonts.
For example, you can set the color, font-size and font-family on the body element. These properties will be inherited by all descendant elements.
You can see this by clicking the orange indicator next to the text styles. Changing the font-family on the Body will consequently change the font-family for all its child elements. You can override this inherited text styling by selecting one of the text elements and changing the font-family.
The inherit option means it will receive the bodys font family. To change to a different font family, you can do that from font manager.
The priority is: project fonts server fonts. Locally, Typst uses your installed system fonts or embedded fonts in the CLI, which are Linux Libertine , New Computer Modern , New Computer Modern Math , and DejaVu Sans Mono .
select the body element. in the class field start typing b choose boby all page in the dropdown. change the font.
If you want to use custom fonts on your site, open Site settings Fonts tab, scroll down to Custom fonts, and upload your font file(s) there. Please read your fonts license agreement and make sure you have permission to use the font on your site before you upload it.
