if you have a block of text which can include tables images or other objects you can save that block to reuse in any documents in the future first select the content that you wish to save then right click over the selection choose to save as a custom building block add a name and description for the building block then click on create the building block will be saved as a new document which you can open to view only the selected text will be contained in the document and it will be saved in the custom building blocks folder in Google Drive to add the building block to any document type the at symbol then scroll down the list to find the building block a copy of the building block is added to your document so if you make changes the original building block wonamp;#39;t be affected thank you for watching contact us at encorus to find out more about Google workspace

In the drawing window, click on the text tool, which allows you to create shapes. Select the shape tool to draw a black rectangle. Place this shape over the specific text that needs to be hidden. Once youve covered all the sensitive text, click Save Close to add the black boxes to your document.
Select text to redact Next, click Insert Drawing New. This will open a pop-up window that lets you create a black box to place over the area to be redacted. Youre about to open the Google Drawing tool.
Blacking Out Text Manually Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the ab highlighter icon in the Font section. Click the black box in the drop-down menu. Click the black line below the highlighter icon. Repeat this process of highlighting with black to cover text.
To remove the strikethrough, select all the text by dragging your cursor through it and then go to Format Text Strikethrough. When you repeat the strikethrough on text that already has that formatting, the strikethrough will be removed rather than added. You could also try Format Clear formatting.
