oh oh sh sh sh me hello and welcome in this um final session on introduction to XML uh we shall be delving um uh primarily into XML databases that is we until now we have been talking about what is XML and um um uh what are the benefits of XML or data interchange using XML and uh um XML queries or schemas and so on but today uh in this session we shall be looking into uh XML um databases and what are the issues that U uh that come up when XML data has to be stored or transmitted and U exchanged over uh pre-existing or some set of existing data stores we we should also be looking into the uh larger problem of what is called a semi-structured data management uh semistructured data as uh you might have imagined from the name is uh data which do do not have specific rigid structures and uh we shall show that more and more the data requirements of of todayamp;#39;s world what we call the Post internet world uh is uh uh is being defined by semi-structured data rather
