hello this is keegan and today i wanted to go over reviewing documents such as papers using pages on the ipad and weamp;#39;re going to specifically use the commenting system and the tracking changes system thatamp;#39;s built into this app all right so if i go over to the ipad my paper is actually in dropbox so first iamp;#39;m going to go there and then this is it my sample paper and iamp;#39;m going to open it into pages by clicking the share button and then the open in two pages and itamp;#39;s going to convert that word document to a pages document temporarily so once that is uploaded weamp;#39;re going to tap on it to open okay so this is just a sample paper that i have a draft from undergraduate time and what youamp;#39;re gonna do is in pages the app youamp;#39;re going to tap on the wrench to initiate the tracking of changes so iamp;#39;m going to slide that over to initiate it and you can choose whichever view type you want for this iamp;#39;m going to select markup

Open a document that contains comments. Select the Review tab in the ribbon. Under Delete, select Delete all comments in Document.
Click on the small x in the top, right-hand corner. This will remove the editor comment. Be sure to address the comment prior to deleting it.
Add, edit, or delete a comment Open or close a comment: Move your pointer over or away from the object, table cell, or highlighted text. You can also click the comment marker. Edit a comment: Open the comment, click in the text, then type. Delete a comment: Click Delete at the bottom of the comment.
With Pages on a Mac, you can also use the review toolbar or Comments Changes pane to review and edit the comments. Note: Comments arent visible in printed documents unless you select that printing option.
You can undo recent changes you make to a document, then redo them if you change your mind. Do any of the following: Undo the last action: Choose Edit Undo (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen), or press Command-Z on your keyboard. Redo the last action you undid: Choose Edit Redo, or press Command-Shift-Z.
Add bold, italic, or underline: Click one or more style buttons or choose an option from the pop-up menu below the font. Add a strikethrough: Click the Action pop-up menu , then click the Strikethrough checkbox. Color: Click the color well (it looks like a rectangle), then choose a new color.
Show or hide comments Click in the toolbar, then choose Show Comments Pane or Hide Comments Pane. Choose View Show Comments Pane or Hide Comments Pane (from the View menu at the top of your screen).
Open your PDF document. Click the Comment tab. Select the comment and choose Delete from the options.
