hey there whatamp;#39;s up this is Seth and came across kind of an obscure problem today that I come across pretty rarely but it has happened a number of times over the years that Iamp;#39;ve been trying to get delinquent tax lists and sort them the problem is um when I get the list from the county what theyamp;#39;ll do is theyamp;#39;ll send it to me in this format thatamp;#39;s called comma delimited format which is not really the format that I want what theyamp;#39;ll do is theyamp;#39;ll send me this text file or you know like a txt file which is what youamp;#39;re looking at right now with just you know tons and tons and tons of information and itamp;#39;s really just separated by commas and thatamp;#39;s really all I have to work with so instead of like having these broken out in individual cells that I can then separate and delete and all of that itamp;#39;s none of that is done for me itamp;#39;s just this massive block of text thatamp;#39;s basically impossible t
